Hmmmm Im jammin to t.i. - what you know. Its pretty nice how T.I. seems to pump out song after songs that have the ability to get me fired up to go work out.

Speaking of hittin the weights, welll I didnt hit the weights today. My legs hips quads, also my calfs were all killing me. I think it had something to do with back to back leg days and then walking around for two whole days after wards. Essentially I skipped a chest day, but then again I think Im gonna just do it tomorrow afternoon.

I need to cook up my chicken. Im also wondering if blockbuster has futurama for rent. Cos that would be super...

A friend of mine called me and bitched me out about my"call you right back" and then not calling. I felt bad cos she aparently "waits" on me whenever I tell her that I'll call her back. .... SHIT.... I thought "call u right back" means, I'll call u in due time. hahaha so I told her to stop acting like a baby and that I'll call her in a few hours. hahaha and so far i havent cos I've been busy sleeping. Either way, I wanted to write about this, cos I found it amusing.

Nonetheless I called gumbys' and I have to go get my pizza now :-D
